General Remodeling
I previously submitted a report on this contractor and the problems with his work. At the end of October he told me that he needed another $30,000 to finish the work, (already three months behind) even though he had a contract and had been paid accordingly. He walked off the job the next day leaving me to get it finished on my own--and to pay for work that he had already been paid for. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. It is my understanding he has done the same to a number of other people, even though he has a few friends who provide (probably false) references for him.
