He's very conscientious, and timely, always looking out for our interests. His work was excellent, and he even added some extra touches in one bathroom that he thought would be nice, and we think they're great! He's versatile, can do a lot of things, and he brought in high quality subs for electrical and plumbing. When one sub made some mistakes, he was very supportive of us, and helped us get it rectified.

I was very indecisive and he was very patient with me as I changed my mind many times about what I wanted. He was very safety conscious and checked very carefully the specs of my furnace to make sure that it was safely enclosed. When he encountered a problem with part of the ceiling being too low he was happy to change to a different type of ceiling that would allow enough headroom, even though he had never installed that type before. He designed all kinds of unusual and fun access door for things like the chimney clean-out, the access door to the furnace, and the hatch door for the attic. Each door works very well, looks great, and is interesting to use :-) He saved us lots of floor space in a tight space with the unique design of the furnace doors while allowing maximum access for maintenance of the furnace. He followed all the city permitting processes to a T and we were able to pass inspection without a hitch. He was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend him more.
