I found them off of Angie's List. The experience was good. They did the job, cleaned up and there was no muss or fuss. Their customer service stood out.

It worked out very well. They did an excellent job.

I used them about 10 years ago and I plan on hiring them again very soon. They were in and out quickly and did an amazing job. Then they sent someone else to come back and grind down the stumps. The price then was very competitive as was the quote they gave me recently.

They are good. I don't remember how much I spent but I know it was several hundred dollars. I don't know how much it was. They are the kind of people in town who do this work. So they're very well known and because of that, they have a lot of resources. You know that you're dealing with people who know what they're talking about. I'm very happy with them and they do good service. I think it's just hard to compete with them; they are very big. Everybody pretty much around here knows them. They are kind of big. That does not mean that they are not good. They are still very good. I went with another tree service company after that because Community Tree Service was not available. I needed someone to come right away because of the hurricane. All the tree service companies are expensive. I will use their services again in the future.

They gave the quote but there were some major issues as far as communicating back. They did the quote on July 14 and didn't come back until the end of July or beginning of August to do the work. They were very poor in responding. The office staff was deplorable. They were rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. The crew that came out was excellent. The owner's daughter and his wife were answering the phones and they were very rude and very unprofessional. The owner was unprofessional as well and rather rude with me. He knew I was under a severe time limit because I had construction starting in my home. They had the best price for some of the ones that I had talked to but their professionalism and customer service was sadly lacking. The price was excellent. They were punctual on the day of the work. I probably wouldn't use them again.

They came to our house and gave an estimate - some of our trees were SO large that many other companies wouldn't go near them. They were professional, and did the job all in one day, even making several trips with their trucks to lug all the tree trunks away. Great people.
