house cleaning
 + -1 moreStarted off good and finished with a frustrated cleaning lady who had no idea about the appointment made and got more frustrated as the conversation went on. I am just a customer seeking out a trusted professional to clean my home. I never write reviews but I always read them before hiring. I told them I would pass on their services and I suggest you do too!
Description of Work: Booked a cleaning with Mark who was very nice and informative over the phone. Somehow there was a miss communication between him and his partner Christine who was not nice at all. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I am so glad I found this out before hiring them. No service was performed because of the rude phone conversation I had.
