Easy as pie from first call thru install. Frank provided 2 quotes: the system I had installed and a less expensive solution. A sediment filter was added on his advice. The 2 blue components in the attached picture were installed (and lots of plumbing between them) 1: the AquaBoost (lower left) and 2: the sediment filter.

The pump on our well failed. I called Frank first thing in the morning and he responded immediately. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right away and was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

The project was more complicated than expected. Mr Roark evaluated the situation, and proposed a solution. The amount of work required necessitated returning to the work site at a later date. On both occasions, Mr Roark showed up on time (or early). Mr Roark was very professional in explaining the technical details. He was very thorough in making sure that we understood what he was doing. The work was performed well, and completed in a timely manner. Mr Roark also did a great job in explaining what we needed to do to maintain the well. I would definitely recommend this service, and would hire Chelmsford Well and Pump again.

Very easy process from first call to well and pump placement to tips on winterization, ... This is the second property I had C W and P solve my outdoor irrigation problem. They are very good.
