Computer Repair
I had a 500 GB drive and other companies wanted about $500 to repair this, due to the fact that the drive was so big. Dennis agreed that others were charging by the hour for analysis which took time for a computer diagnostic program, not the labor. He agreed to a fee of $100 if he could recover some files, and only $50 if he could not. As it turned out, the drive was a total failure, so he could not recover anything. However, the professionalism, communication, and valiant attempts to solve my problem was outstanding. I happily paid him the amount he was due, even though my data was lost. His company is highly recommended.

DENIS HAS A VERY IMPRESSIVE BIG-COMPANY IT. BACKGROUND. HE HAS NOW GONE INTO BUSINESS PROVIDING IT. SERVICES FOR SMALL COMPANIES AND HOUSEHOLDS IN CHELMSFORD AND SURROUNDING TOWNS. I CALLED DENIS BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A CLIENT OF MINE. DENIS CAME AT THE TIME HE PROMISED, UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY, AND RESOLVED IT PROMPTLY AND WITHOUT HESITATION. IN ADDITION, HE GAVE ME A CLEAR AND STRAIGHTFORWARD EXPLANATION OF WHAT HE WAS DOING AS HE WENT ALONG. I FELT THAT HE CHARGED ME A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR THE HOUSE CALL AND SERVICE. I ALSO FOUND DENIS TO BE A VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT PERSON. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD CALL HIM IF (I.E, WHEN, CONSIDERING I'M USING MS SOFTWARE)I NEED COMPUTER OR SOFTWARE ASSISTANCE.
