Summers Cleaning is the absolute BEST! Scheduling is easy and their office staff is always willing to work with you to find ideal time and service. Cleaning staff has always been punctual, professional, friendly and have treated my home like their own. They also consistently go above and beyond, getting every nook and cranny. Will continue to book over and over again!

Excellent cleaning. Into every “nook and cranny.” I couldn’t find fault with anything. I had different people every time and they were all excellent. They must do a terrific job of training their employees.

I just read the review of Summers on Yelp and it sound exactly like my story! I moved into a new home in Chatham two years ago and got married there. With all the chaos and company, I hired Summers and continued to pay the overpriced bills. My home is only 3000 sf but yet they send out 3 - 4 girls to do what I could do myself in a day. I reluctantly called them again for a spring "touch up" in July - No windows, no beds or laundry, and my house was already very clean. I arrived the next day to find cob webs under my dining room table and on the shelves in the library. I didn't call to complain...just decided to end my association with them. It wasn't until I received a bill for $900 for that single day that I went through the roof! I clean my own home when I don't have company and can easily clean the entire house AND laundry in one day. I cannot believe their claim that it took four girls an entire day to do the same job. I feel she took advantage of me because I was out of town and not there to see what they were doing all day. Mina was not helpful or apologetic; instead placing the blame on me for not calling about cob weds immediately. She also refused to discount the fee and said she would call in a week. I believe this is a scam as she sends out groups of 3 -4 girls at a time to rack up exorbitant fees quickly and preys on people who are not IN TOWN.. Beware of this company!!! Only happy news is that I found an excellent new cleaning company - Heathers Cleaning service 508 - 237 - 4545. She sends three girls who clean my entire home in 1 1/2 hours and makes a personal call after each cleaning to get feedback on quality.

ORIGINAL REPORT: We have had them as regular cleaners for almost a year. The staff is very professional and productive. They are careful and they do a very thorough job for us. They are also very flexible if we need to reschedule. Typically, we have the same cleaners and they are familiar with our house. Not necessarily the lowest cost, but they are fully insured. UPDATE - Fall 2010: Started off well, but over time personnel changed and it seemed that after a while we were getting the "B" team. The staff was always polite, but depending on who we had the work was inconsistent. We had a special "spring cleaning" done that ended up with us finding all kinds of damage - i.e. scratched floors and walls. Never again. For the money, we were hoping for better service. We also had recommended them to a relative for a special cleaning project that turned into a disaster. At this point we are no longer using them.

I have always dealt with them over the phone or by email. They do spring cleaning where they move all the furniture and clean everything. Then they come once a month to do a somewhat less thorough cleaning. They leave the place spotless. The main thing I like about them is that they are less expensive and the quality of service is better than what other companies provide.
