Wayne Keith and his partner, Joe, were an incredible team to work with. They were at my property each day promptly at 7:00 and immediately got to work. What started as a quote for window replacements quickly expanded to a comprehensive and broad set of house improvements including complete bathroom renovations, custom walk-in shower installation, new vanities, backsplash and tile work, new toilets, faucets, flooring, light fixtures, wallpaper removal, painting, trim work, cedar plank ceilings, custom kitchen cabinetry, exterior trim board work, exterior doors and storm door installation, new cedar shake siding, roofing and gutters. Wayne is a problem solver. With any complexity we encountered, he had an approach to resolve it. He is well equipped with all of the tools and supplies necessary to get the job done. Soundview Construction is highly trustworthy and Wayne provided all details and invoices on materials purchased for our projects and gave me a fair price for the labor. They are a hard working team and a pleasure to work with. They are meticulous and focused on quality and satisfied all of my requests in a timely fashion. Wayne and Joe took on several custom carpentry requests and perfectly matched our existing kitchen cabinet design in building extensions and additional cabinetry for an adjoining pantry. It looks original to the house just like the prior cabinetry which was the intent. The custom walk-in shower and mahogany trim work is exceptional and we have received numerous compliments in the improvements and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Soundview Construction for their knowledge, pricing, quality, dependability and comprehensive home improvement skills. I will continue to call upon them on other home improvement projects in the future for other rental property we have on the cape. Thank you Wayne, Joe, Mark & Nancy! Wayne Keith (Soundview Construction) is a very talented craftsman. Originally looking for someone to install new hardwood floors, was so inpressed with his work I had him do additional work. He is well equiped with all the tools needed for any job. Always there when he said he would be, no BS. He is still doing projects and will always give him first shot in the future. His pricing is competative and his work excellent.
