Peter provided a good estimate and explained how he would approach the job during his visit to assess the job. The main paint job was completed well - looked great. However, there were two key issues why I would be hesitant to use Peter again. (1) When he first reached out to say paint job was complete, I went to the house to check and saw they had not painted the garage door. He ultimately went back and painted it. (2) After I had paid him, I realized the storm door he installed was done improperly. The swing arm had to be reset by me as the door would only open a 1/4 of the way. He left all shrinkwrap on the door when installed and even screwed plates over it making it hard to remove. Finally, when he installed it, he left a gap above the door that either should have been caulked or covered with an additional metal piece.
