Nightmare. Wish someone had taken time to review previously and saved us from a huge mistake. In fairness, individual workmen were very nice personally, just incompetent and not managed at all. We had used this builder over 15 years ago with good results...clearly something has changed. Owner is all but absent. They simply do not care and should not be in the custom renovation business. They do not respect personal property, timelines, plans, promises, or quality of work. We are embarrassed to show friends and family our "renovation" as the quality is so horrific. After over a year of trying to have them make their work right and finish the job we have simply run out of time and empty promises. They have been terminated.
