We needed our septic tank pumped. I was a little upset because our serviceman was late for a scheduled appointment but I was informed it was due to an emergency. I returned from an appointment and he was finishing up pumping out the septic tank. Our service man was very good. He explained what he was doing and what we needed for the future. I feel the price was good due to the fact that our septic tank was very full and he had to dig down to the cover.

Jeff and his entire team have fantastic customer service, from the office staff you talk to on the phone, to the technicians that come out to your home, all the way up to Jeff himself, we have never had a bad experience with anyone.
While his quote for the installation wasn't the lowest, it was par with the average, and we knew from our prior dealings with them that we could trust them to perform the work on time and on the agreed upon cost. His team came out and dug up the yard, put in the new system and re-soiled and seeded.
While this work was going on we also asked him about putting in a dry well to help with drainage issues in the basement. He came up with a solution and idea that worked perfectly and incorporated it into the overall new system installation. My husband and I were off-site each day the work was being done, but we never had to worry about the progress or how things were going. They even provided pictures of the new drywell system, as that was all done in 1 day.
Overall, we had a fabulous experience working with them, and I am only disappointed to say our new home is outside of their service territory, otherwise we would continue to use them.
