Description of Work: Provide great service and attention to my needs as a customer. I really like the staff, who make every effort to provide great service. Because it's a small staff, there can be delays in getting things done. However, there is never any question of the quality of the products or services. This is my go-to fabric shop for classes and any sewing-related machine servicing and/or purchases.

 + 0 moreThey are just wonderful. She is very helpful, very knowledgeable, repairs machines really well. She has a nice selection of fabrics, that's a really nice place. I go down there all the time because she has things going on. Big groups for quilts, she has a Bernina club. She's got all kinds of software. She has different kinds of classes. If she has a special class with special teachers she charges $40. But she has programs if you buy the software she will do a project with you for $38 something like that. Nice people, very knowledgeable. If you want to know anything about the technical part of the machine she does things with service your own machine. She does classes where you bring things in for humanitarian aide. She has education courses every once and a while. She gets different vendors in and shows you new techniques and projects and products. People demonstrate. Everybody that works there is nice. She is a really honest dealer.
Description of Work: Charlton Sewing Center has given me lessons, repairs on sewing machines, and she also has fabrics.

 + -1 moreI have had an awesome experience everytime I have visited this shop. I have bought my sewing/embroidery machine and serger here. I have also bought lots of fabric and sewing notions. They offer great classes and all the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They always do a great job servicing my machines. If you are looking to buy a sewing machine or serger, get one serviced, take a sewing class, or shop for fabric and notions, this is the place to go.
Description of Work: I bought my sewing machine and serger at the Charlton Sewing Center and I have them serviced there every year. Years ago I when I bought my machines there, she offered a free yearly sewing machine/serger service for anyone who bought from her. I am not sure if she still offers this. If you need to have your machine serviced, this is the place to go. She sells machines and sergers and quilting fabric and notions. I absolutely LOVE it here. I recommend it to everyone!
