I purchased a storage shed from a local vendor who recommended this contractor to help me prepare my yard for the shed. I cleared a rear corner of our lot, and then I called this contractor to obtain an estimate. Specifically, I wanted him to remove all of the tree stumps, properly level that corner of the lot, and then create a pad for the shed using gravel and crushed stone. The contractor's original estimate was for $600.00. The work was performed as scheduled, and while at my home, the contractor asked what I was planning to do with my above-ground swimming pool, which had been damaged over the winter. I indicated that I was planning to dismantle the pool. The contractor then offered to crush it and remove it for an additional charge. I agreed to the additional charge and the contractor performed the additional work as discussed. Overall, this contractor performed satisfactory work. He was very accessible via telephone, and he returned all of my calls. The work was performed in a timely manner, and it began on schedule despite some weather-related challenges. I would recommend this contractor to others, and I would hire this contractor in the future.
