Amazing! Joacir has done lots of work for our condo association, and we've always been pleased with the results. He's prompt, responsive, fairly priced, and mostly importantly, an easy guy to work with. He does exceptional work - from big jobs like remodeling an entire unit in the building, to simple jobs like rebuilding our fence around the property.

He does great work. He will stick to his estimated price, even if he realizes he estimated incorrectly.
