+ -1 moreHE CHECKED IT OUT ONE DAY WITH ME AND PROMISED TO GET GOING ON IT. I HAD TO CALL HIM 3 WEEKS LATER--HE SAID HE HADN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THE WORK ORDER FOR IT FROM NSTAR. I CALLED NSTAR AND GOT HIM SET UP WITH THE WORK ORDER. MCNELLY PROMISED TO START SOON. WELL GUESS WHAT? I'VE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM SINCE (IT'S BEEN 6 WEEKS) AND TODAY NSTAR CUT OFF THE POWER. I GUESS YOU COULD SAY I DIDN'T BUG HIM ENOUGH ABOUT THE JOB, BUT C'MON...HE KNEW WHAT THE SITUATION WAS, AND I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER. OH WELL. LIVE AND LEARN.
Description of Work: I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM NSTAR ABOUT AN UNMETERED SITUATION AT ONE OF MY RENTAL UNITS. THEY THREATENED TO TURN OFF POWER TO THE UNIT IF I DIDN'T GET IT FIXED. CALLED MCNELLY WHO I HAVE USED AT VARIOUS TIMES OVER THE YEARS (WITH MIXED RESULTS.)
