When we were ready to renovate our kitchen, we contacted Annie at Louis Mian to help us coordinate the project. She is wonderful to work with -- incredibly professional and super nice. We gave them a floor plan and a date we would be ready for the template to be created. Once our cabinets were installed, they came to do the template. A couple weeks later they installed our new counter tops. The template was extremely precise -- the scribe to our walls was perfect. The one seam in the counter top was matched meticulously. Annie (and the fabricator, Frank) communicated with us at every point in the process. They had us review and sign off on finish, cuts, corner radius and every detail -- they do not make any assumptions. Because this granite was salvaged from someone else's kitchen, they re-sealed it beautifully. If you care about the details, these are the people to hire.

Louis Mian has a great selection of granite and marble.  I worked with Jon Mian on my kitchen project.  He was pleasant and knowledgeable about all the various stone they offered.  Gave me a tour of the work area so I could see how the stone was cut and polished.  

The installation team performed like a well-oiled machine.   Again, pleasant and knowledeable.  They arrived at my house on time to create the template of my kitchen countertops.   Same thing when they returned to install the finished counters. 

The entire process was flawless from start to finish!

We purchased a granite countertop piece at the annual remnant sale. We got a great price, including template, fabrication & installation. We worked with Jon Mian who was thorough, very patient, and accommodating. The gentleman who did my templates and installation was also thorough and precise. We're looking forward to working with them again for our bathroom vanity.
