Kevin acted both as the General Contractor form my kitchen remodeling project and built the addition of a mudroom to the side of my house which opens up to my new kitchen. Kevin helped guide me through the process and helped with decisions that needed to be made. Good communication all during the process help keep me informed. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

 + -1 moreWe are pleased to provide a very positive reference for KMS Construction. My husband and I interviewed several contractors to do some renovations on our home. In many ways, I dreaded the project, having witnessed so many of our friends' negative experiences with their contractors, everything from poor work, to delays, to living in messy construction zones. Our experience with KMS Construction was wonderful. Mr. Schuh initially impressed us with his professional demeanor and his listening skills. While not the lowest bidder, his proposal reflected our goals and included details I had mentioned in our interview. He proved to be organized, thoughtful, dependable, responsive, and thorough. And, at the end of every work day, the work area was cleaned and tidy. We are delighted with Mr. Schuh's work and have received many compliments on our completed project. We recommend KMS Construction without reservation.
Description of Work: We hired KMS Construction to reside our home in red cedar shingles and, in the process, repair the underlying sheathing which was damaged. KMS Construction also repaired a rotting post on our deck and, most impressively, lifted our home to repair a sagging ceiling and the floor above due to broken wall studs.
