Farina Corporation

I recently had my heat exchanger replaced by Farina Corp and wanted to share my experience. The technical side of the process was handled well, thanks to Bill and Louise. However, I encountered a few issues. First, there was a surprising $75 charge added to my bill that was not disclosed upfront. Despite discussing this with both Bill and Louise, the charge was still applied, which was disappointing. Additionally, my interactions with Mary very unpleasant. She is rude, curt, and seems to wake up on the wrong side of the bed everyday. Probably not the person you want answering your telephone.

They always show up when they said they would, and they always do a great thorough job.

I called Farina - during a heat wave - to repair the AC unit in my condo. The AWESOME receptionist told me they were booked solid, they'd put me on the list but they may not get to me until after the wkend. I was beyond thrilled when she called back within 5 minutes to say they had a guy finishing a job nearby & he could be at my place w/in 30 minutes. My tenant said the guy who came was super helpful, really nice & fixed the problem relatively quickly by replacing some minor parts. Will definitely use them again!!!

It was the middle of winter and the heat to my tenant's unit went out. Had trouble getting someone until I found Farina Corp. Excellent timely service. Happy tenants, happy landlord.

The price seems to be the going rate. i wish it were a little less. It was excellent service. They were prompt; they were present; they were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate.

They've always been very good and punctual. I can usually get them to schedule very quickly.

I’ve use them before. I’ve been extremely happy with them. They fixed it in about 20 minutes. I’ve used them for several years. They’ve never tried to have the bill or upsell me. They come in. They diagnose it and they leave. They don’t overcharge. They have very reasonable hourly rates. I wished they would offer a service plan but a lot of people are not doing that anymore. They don’t bill it out but I believe it was one-hour minimum and that’s fine with me too. I can’t say enough good about them.

I have used them for years. They might be a little high but everything else was so good. Since I've been their customer for 25 years, they have a great service. They have always been available especially in emergencies. They are very good contractor. They are a little bit pricey.

Was having issues with my boiler. Called Farina over the weekend and they suggested I wait until Monday since unit was still working. They had someone at my house first thing Monday morning and had the repair done in a few hours. Repair man was friendly and efficient. Have used them in the past as well and pricing is always reasonable and service top notch.

Cheaper and better than the service contract through National Grid.

It went great. They were very responsive and took care of the problem. They were a little expensive. They came the same day. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day.

I am a licensed home inspector with extensive training and knowledge in the HVAC field. Farina Corp. has superior ratings with a local provider (www.checkbook.org) of ratings; like Angies, so I decided to use them on the basis of a professional consultation with the owner (Frank Farina) a year earlier, on behalf of a client. I am glad I did.
