Brian and his team are phenomenal. We had a very, very difficult and laborious roof project (removing several layers of old roof and plywood and starting from scratch). They were meticulous in the removal and cleaned/vacuumed up dust from the old roof before laying the fresh plywood, insulation, and rubber roof. We received pictures of and updates on each stage of the process, which bolstered our confidence in the quality of their work. I had one million questions along the way and Brian was always patient and thorough in answering all of them. He was always quick to respond and genuinely cared about the quality of the work. When finished, they cleaned the area so well that you wouldn't have known they were ever here. Louie, Jimmy, Dan, Peter, all of them, were amazing. Thank you Branon & Son for saving our house!!

Brian Branon and his team were responsive, professional, on time, meticulously clean and tidy.
They had to access the roof via the 3rd floor skylight and took their shoes off when entering the house. Brian discovered a dangerous situation of an unsupported roof edge while reviewing the work to be done, so he reinforced the roof in addition to the contracted for work.
The work was done in a very timely manner, they took extra care with the rubber roof installation, installing protective walkway pads. I had heard stories of the plethora of unscrupulous roofers doing shoddy work and over-charging for it, so I was relieved and very pleased to find that Brian and his company were honest, issued a very reasonable estimate & professional contract, which they honored. They were easy to work with, easy to contact, on time and finished the work ahead of time. All debris was cleaned up and taken away. There was nothing I needed to do in the way of cleaning up.
I have called them in March 2016 for additional work, and have every confidence that they will again do an excellent job. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else.

On the negative side, there was a brand new leak during a recent rain storm, and my husband ended up having to fix it. They were difficult to reach when we had some concerns after the snow melted. (They did they work between snow storms.) And they claimed that the leak was not a result of their work, even though the roof had never leaked before. Also, the rubber was lumpy, and the gutters were not so neat. They said that the rubber would flatten over time, and that we could pay extra for them to redo the gutters. On the positive side, they seem very knowledgeable and professional. Their quote was competitive. We paid them just over $4000. It was for the roof of our garage. There was no chimney repair, but we asked them to clean a skylight, which they did. They adjusted some gutters as well. They did some minor repairs on the gutters too.

It has been 2 and a half years since I got my new roof and it has been failing for a few months now. There is underlying wood rot from the poor repairs from Branon & Sons. They should have stripped the roof when they repaired it, but since they performed poor quality work, I am having to get my entire roof replaced.

"I never heard from this client, I would of been right back there if this was the case. my company name means everything to me and we always do our very best and never have roof leaks. It does not matter what time of year it is when we install a new .060 fully adhered rubber roof, we never leave anything open it is always weather tite if we don't finish in one day. Our references on on yodle and Angies list speak for themselves."

Our roof was leaking. There were multiple leaks appearing throughout the second and third floor units of a three-family triple-decker. The owner, Brian, was very courteous and thorough in examining the roof and providing a detailed estimate. We had a lot of roofing contractors come through and suggest all sorts of solutions; but Brian's made the most sense and seemed the most comprehensive. However, his estimate was the most expensive, although it was comparable to the scope of his proposed work. The work was completed in a timely fashion. There have been no leaks since the project.
