I would highly suggest Boston Survey. They had done our plot plan for the mortgage (through our lawyer) and I reached out to Boston Survey when I needed a full certified survey. George was a straight shooter and helpful. It turns out he had already done research on our property for the previous owners and gave us a discount for that work already done (the previous owners never ended up getting the survey, so it was lost work for George).
George also understood the timeline pressure we were under and the issues we were facing. He personally called me with the results.
Highly recommend.
Update: Our survey was contested and George provided additional information and spoke with the local head of Inspection to sort it out. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and responsiveness.
