Description of Work: We purchased our log home kit from this company, they designed the home with our specific needs in mind, and changed the plans probably WAY more than they normally have to, just to make it perfect for us. This was our first experience building a home, and the team at Patlin Enterprises were supportive, informative and responsive the whole time. We probably drove them crazy with all of our questions and concerns, but they always took the time to explain the process with us (many times!), and were always available for us. When problems arose--inevitable in a home building project--they took care of it, and often drove here just to check up on the project, an hour and a half away. We had horrible problems with our General Contractor, and even though Patlin was not responsible for that, they helped us so much to deal with the issues that were his fault.
