Ken LeBlanc (owner/president) came to our home and spent a good amount of time going over all the details of having our roof installed. He explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. On the day of the installation, Ken himself and his crew arrived as planned and remained on the job until the entire roof was enclosed and completed. Ken and his team replaced our roof and did an outstanding job. Ken met with us for a few hours to discuss the job and answer questions while we were making choices about the new roof. The team was competent, respectful and professional. We also needed to replace 5 skylites which Ken guided us through our options and we are very pleased. We were informed of the status of the job often and when the job was finished everything was picked up nicely and put back into place. Ken does a great job supervising the crew and it was very heart warming to see him bring them cold drinks and ice cream because it was such a hot day.
