Keith Gilmore is far and above one of the best Home Improvement specialists in the area. His work is flawless. He is a perfectionist as I am so you know the work is going to be done perfectly. His work added probably $150,000 in value to my home on the Cape. Thanks again Keith Gilmore Enterprises.

Keith Gilmore has worked at our home for many years doing various home improvement jobs. A couple of summers ago he painted the outside of our home and did a perfect job. I do not use any other contractor because he does such great work, I believe no one else could compare. He is always on time with the correct tools and material. He is diligent and completes his work on time and for the price quoted. I highly recommend Keith for any home improvement work.

I had a large very heavy Anderson patio door installed by a "friend" he did bad job, the door wouldn't close properly and he also hit a plumbing pipe and caused a slow leak. After dealing with my plumber I called Gilmore Enterprises and Keith came over and saved the day!! Keith took the time to insure the door was installed properly and I could not have felt better when the job was completed. The crew cleaned up after themselves and my door was perfectly installed!! Both Keith and Cheryl were a pleasure to work with and I have referred him to many friends and family. Keith also did my sister's roof and her barn where my horse lives. Nails and horse's are never a good mix but the crew was very careful and conscientious while working on the barn. Very neat and tidy, Thank you Gilmore Enterprises!!

The best builder in the area. In addition he designed the addition. He listened to my ideas and worked thin all into the plans. Keith chooses doors windows and accessories that fit into the look of the house. He chooses the best quality item for the job. I had tow high priced architects visit during construction and both stated that the detail to his work was exemplary, well above the standard of most builders on the cape. They kept my house and property clean and picked up. They worked rain or show through the winter. They did a great job on design and construction.

I have worked with Keith on multiple projects over the last 16/17 years. Initially it was a few small projects to test him out as I had a lot of plans for the house and had just gone through bad experiences with two different contractors. This was/is a vacation/retirement home and we would not be onsite during the projects so I needed someone I could trust. Keith delivered on those first few projects and has done every project since. I donâ t even bid out projects any longer. Keith has pretty much touched everything in this house: roof, siding, deck, fireplace & chimney, doors, windows, kitchen, bedrooms and baths. Keith stays abreast of the latest products and researches them prior to making any recommendations. With all his experience he has brought great ideas to the designs and solutions when problems arise. Although I thought I had run out of possible projects this COVID experience made us decide to reconfigure our deck and create a sunroom. At the end of this one we will have worked together in the 00â s, the 10â s and the 20â s. I highly recommend Keith and truly enjoy showing off his work.
