 + -1 moreRuined several heirloom pieces, used my silk nightgowns as buffers on furniture, broke a 90 year old family heavy pottery piece by stuffing it with a heavy Persian rug. Just sick about the poor care these people took and then blamed me for having the destination being a storage facility, claim they don't guarantee their work if it's put into storage. I lost precious heirloom pieces I cannot replace. Don't use them EVER.
Description of Work: I sold my home faster than expected so I had to have my things moved into 4 storage rooms while I looked for a new home to buy. They packed some bigger items but I boxed the China and glassware. They moved everything into storage.
