The leak has started in December. He has found all kinds of defaults on the roof without me even having to point them out to him. They have been trying to find the leak and they have been able to find it.

"The roof was installed around 10 years ago and one area started to leak after a November windstorm. We installed asphalt shingles 10 years ago on a low pitch roof against manufacturers instructions due to homeowner wishes. We were on site at least 6 times in 2 months to look for the leaks. This was done at no charge, of course. We did not find the exact cause, but offered suggestions for remedies. We still do not know what caused the leaks. We never stopped trying to find the leak and always returned and responded to homeowner calls. Never shunned responsibility or tried to hide from the situation. We kept trying to fix the problem at no cost even after contract warranty expiration. We only stopped trying to fix the problem when the homeowner told us he got someone else to take over. This one was a puzzler, but we did everything we could to troubleshoot the problem. We desperately wanted to find the cause-even that many years after warranty expiration. We back up our work."
