On 4/2/24 our sump pump stopped working. Mr Maurer came right out and Jerry rigged a short pipe until he could come back to replace and bury a new pipe. He Never came out to replace and bury the new pipe!!!!! At least not until I called him 14 times & emailed him. From April 9 - Oct. 16, 2024. Now I’m not sure of the April date because he has the finish date as 6/3/24. Which is inaccurate. He never covered the pipe with backfill. In fact my 96 year old mother and I had to do it. Because he insisted what he did was correct and that the pipe as it was - literally above ground - wouldn’t freeze over the winter. I could tell he was disgusted with me because I questioned him. He said he would come back with dirt to cover the pipe but he never did. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.

John and his plumbing crew were very professional, courteous and thorough. They showed up on time and got the job done as promised. They were very knowledgeable and thoughtful and I would definitely recommend them.

They were here within the hour, fix the problem quickly, and were on their way. They did not collect on site, so I do not know what the bill will be, but given the quick response as long as it is fair I am happy

They nearly immediately responded to my phone call and were at my house within 2 hours. The plumber was very professional and friendly. The temporary repair was completed quickly and well.

Outstanding responsiveness. Fortunately, they had a tech in our area. With in an hour a well groomed, clean, and very polite young man was at the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem - old gaskets - and only replaced what was needed. $112 may seem a little steep to replace some washers, but plumbers do usually charge a minimum and he didn't sell me stuff that wasn't needed.
Overall - I am very happy with the service and have them on my preferred service provider list.

The receptionist at the office took all the info from me and set up a visit for 2 days later. The serviceman called me first thing in the morning to set up a time. He arrived exactly on time and after I showed him the work to be done, he started immediately on the new faucet sets. The grout around the sinks was so dry and brittle that he took both out and cleaned and regrouted them before replacing both sinks. When he was finished there, he replaced the valve and a section of pipe on the outdoor shower. He then told me that he would have to return the next day because he did not have the correct valve for the laundry room. Once again he called first thing in the morning and arrived right on time to finish the job. All work took between 5 to 6 hours. The serviceman was efficient, pleasant, and was very neat and organized.

His price was reasonable when the work was done and they were really helpful. They were very responsive, showed up on time and the price that they quoted me was what I got.
