The install people were fine - they were on time, if not early. However, the person in the office, wasn't accomodating at all. I needed the appointment on specific dates/times, and she basically laughed at me and said, "Do you want the appointment or not?" It seemed like every appointment, she was not accomodating to my schedule. I would never use them again, nor recommend them, simply because of that office person.

It was a first class experience. They arrived on time for each appointment.
They were very patient while I tried to decide on the granite color and found the piece once I finally made up my mind.
The installation is perfect. There needed to be a seam due to my countertop size but they were able to be placed where I thought it would be the most inconspicuous and it definitely is!!!!
They will be replacing both my bathroom vanities within the next month.
