The technician was a hard worker and very conscientious. The property was left clean when he left and it looked like no one had even been there. He was also very willing to answer questions since this was our first pumping. We will definitely use them again.

Things were fairly priced. The man was prompt, professional and courteous and the estimate was the same as what we were billed at the end of the job. I didn't feel ripped off, things were very fair. We will use them again in the future.

The septic system was totally blocked up. They responded quickly and efficiently. There was a additional problem and they referred us to Patriot Services. They also responded quickly. Found tree roots in the pipe and quickly resolved that issue. We finally had
toilets again.....what a relief!!! Great service, friendly attitude and we were very satisfied!!

Septic tank was pumped out after 2 1/2 years since last visit. Easy to setup appointment with office. They were able to schedule for the day and time I wanted. Same driver showed up from the last visit. Very courteous and professional. Only complaint was that some minor landscaping damage around driveway (mulch and lawn decorations) not a big deal. We do have a difficult driveway to navigate for the size of the truck. They preformed the basic pumping, no inspections or no washing of the tank as others may do. I will continue to use them in the furture due to the cost and there being familiar with the location of the tank. They will dig down six inches to the tank cover as part of the price.
