I was very happy with the service and have been every year since. It's quite a long relationship that we've had.

Every year he comes and does my yearly maintenance. He has always been very quick and when I call and leave a message he calls me back very quickly. He is usually here within a day if it's not an emergency. He has done other maintenance on the system over the years as necessary so I have no complaints at all with him. I think he is very reasonable and I don't have a lot of other experience but his prices have gone up very minimally over the past 18 or 19 years.
