I purchased a new French Door Style Refrigerator when our old
refrigerator stopped working. I did a price comparison at other stores
in the area, including the big box stores. Carver Appliance's prices
were better and their delivery was much quicker, which was huge since
the contents of our old refrigerator were in coolers! The sales person
was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery and installation (new
water line) was punctual, quick and done well. I have bought other
appliances here in the past as well and always had the same good
experience.

It took 4 visits to find and fix the problem so it was very slow and frustrating to get fixed.

We saw good reviews about them in the local paper. So, they had good reviews, they were local, and frankly, I was heading to Rhode Island and I was going by there. It was a tax free holiday and I needed a new refrigerator and I just thought I'd stop right there and buy one before going to Rhode Island. It was spur of the moment.

He was prompt. The repair guy was very nice. He checked out all my other appliances and cleaned under my fridge. He was a nice guy.
