THE OWNERS HIRE OTHER PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE TO THEM THE CUSTOMER''S NEEDS. THEY OFTEN DID NOT REMOVE THE GRASS CLIPPINGS, SO THAT I TRACKED THEM INTO THE HOUSE. THEY HIT A NEW ALUMINUM DOWNSPOUT, DESTROYING IT AND DID NOT NOTIFY ME--I HAD TO TELL THEM. THEY DID PAY FOR THE WORK. THEY DID NOT FINISH THE FALL CLEANUP BEFORE THE FIRST SNOW EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONE OF THEIR FIRST CUSTOMERS. I BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE GOTTEN TOO BIG TOO FAST AND CANNOT DO THE WORK. OFTEN THEIR EQUIPMENT BREAKS DOWN AND THEY CANNOT GET TO ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHEN MY GATE WAS TOO NARROW FOR THEIR LAWNMOWER, THEY BENT THE GATE HINGES TO GET THE MOWER IN, THEN CARRIED A PAINT CAN WITH THEM TO COVER UP THE DAMAGE.
