Definitely highest rating! Fleming installed my overhead garage door a few years ago and it has always worked perfectly. Until yesterday, that is, when I tried backing out with the rear door of my Jeep still opened upwards. I knocked one of the rollers out of it's track. Called Fleming today, my call was returned in 5 minutes, in short order he was here and repaired the door. Great service, and he has all the right tools. Price was extremely reasonable too!
