He not only inspected our almost 200 year old antique home prior to our purchase, but he also explained in detail about the various systems and possible areas of concern. We would definitely recommend him without reservation to anybody looking to purchase a home in the Metrowest area, particularly anybody looking for an inspector who has expertise with older homes. In addition to providing extensive information during the inspection itself, we received a 30+ page written report that helped us negotiate the price of our home. If you want a breeze-through inspection, Al is not your guy, if you are looking for 4-5 hours of quality time and information, don't hesitate to give him a call!

 + -1 moreAl showed up ahead of time and was already looking at the property when I arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and provided us with all the information we could need to make an informed decision. We learned a lot from him during the inspection, and my wife - who was extremely nervous about the whole inspection process - was elated at the amount of information Al gave us. Would I use his service in the future? Absolutely, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for home inspection.

Description of Work: Albert was very professional, punctual when it came to inspection that I had to do on a home that I am buying. I had to do all kind of testing, including radon, water and he was very thorough in terms of performing inspection, getting me as much information as I would need as a home buyer and explained me important things to remember. He did thorough inspection at all levels and would definitely work with him in future when needed. I highly recommend him for any home inspection, including radon testing.

 + -1 moreHe spent three hours or more doing the inspection. It was extremely well done and he gave us a multi-page, detailed report on the house. He covered everything from the timbers, to any termite damage, to a radon inspection and more. He checked on everything you could possibly inspect. He found things that even we would have looked for. Ii would highly recommend him to anybody.
Description of Work: We used them to inspect a condo we were going going to buy for our daughter. He also inspected our roof for new insurance company.
