When I arrived home from work I found my basement was flooded with  discharge water from my washing machine. I then realized that no water would drain through my toilets, sinks, shower, etc...
One of the plumbers I reached out to said that I should have the septic system pumped first,  and then, if there were still problems, it would be the time to bring in a plumber. The plumber cautioned me that he had never been able to get septic system pumped after hours. He said that even the companies that say they're 24/7, really aren't.
I looked online and found a link to Podgurski Co., and it said they provided 24/7 emergency service. 
I called at 7:30 P.M., the on-call service guy Bobby called me back by about 7:35 P.M.. We discussed the fact that we'd need access to the septic tank lid and we'd need a way to get the septic tank drain hose from my driveway to the septic tank. There was approximately 2 feet of frozen solid snow on the ground. I told him I'd try to locate my septic tank lid under the snow, and if I could, I'd call him back. I called him back at about 8 P.M. . I managed to find the lid, and said I'd start shoveling it out and would shovel a path for the hose. 
Bobby said he'd head into his shop, get a pump truck, and head over. He arrived at approximately 8:40 P.M..
He managed to get the extremely heavy and unwieldy septic tank lid off, and pulled several sections of hose and hose extensions from the truck to the septic tank. After clearing the tank he determined that the tee, which connects the 2 waste lines from my house together, and then to the tank, was plugged. He managed to get the suction hose into the tee and cleared it, which did the trick.
Everything worked fine.  By about 9:45 P.M. he was gone.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did, and his professional demeanor.

He came on time and did a good job. Took care of my 500 gallon septic.

Provider arrived at 7:30 and was done in 30 minutes as promised

They arrived as scheduled, but their regular serviceman was unavailable so they sent one of their construction workers.
We have two septic covers accessing two chambers, and he only pumped out one.  I asked for him to pump the second one and he said it wasn't necessary.  There are 6 screws securing the cover and he didn't have the right tool to loosen them.  I dug out a tool
from our own tool shop, which he used.  He advised me to go to the hardware store to replace the screws.
When my husband (a civil engineer) returned later, he said he absolutely should have pumped out both chambers and that he should have had the necessary tool to open the covers.  They are standard septic system cover screws.   I got the impression this would not have occurred had the regular serviceman come instead of a stand-in.

I have used this company for 5 years now and have always received excellent service. This is a busy company that will always provide the best service in the business. They even respond to Septic pump chamber issues.

They said that they would be out today to pump my septic tank.  I called at noon and they said that they were in Connecticut.  I called back at three and no one returned my call.  I ended up wasting my whole day and nothing got resolved for my septic tank.

The house is large and required a large system, but I could write 3 pages worth of comments. Unfortunately, all of the comments would be negative. Late to appointments, late to start construction, slow in finishing, very poor top soil used, horrible attitudes from several different people in company. The quotes started off at $35,000.00, but by the end of it all, it was $60,000.00. The price seemed outrageous. I have also waited years to file this report, because of fear of retribution.

THE PODGURSKI CORPORATION EMPTIED MY SEPTIC TANK AND STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT I HOOK UP TO TOWN SEWAGE. THEY POINTED OUT THE REASONS AND POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THAT I WAS GOING TO RUN IN TO.

TWO VERY PLEASANT GUYS, ROB AND JOHN, WITH A BIG VOLVO TRACTOR TRUCK ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME AND FINISHED UP IN AN HOUR. NOTE, THEIR MINIMUM CHARGE IS 4 HOURS AT $160/HOUR, BUT IT BEAT USING PAILS AND SHOVELS! TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALS, THEY NORMALLY DO INDUSTRIAL JOBS. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR OUTSIDE JOBS. I JUST WISH THE 4-HOUR MINIMUM WAS A 2-HOUR MINIMUM!
