PATTY DID A GOOD JOB OF UNDERSTANDING WHAT I WANTED THE WINDOW TREATMENTS TO LOOK LIKE, EVEN WHEN I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE IT EXACTLY. SHE MADE HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS THAT IMPROVED THE LOOK OF THE TREATMENTS. WHEN SITUATIONS BEYOND HER CONTROL DELAYED THE DELIVERY OF THE TREATMENTS, SHE COMMUNICATED WITH US RIGHT AWAY. THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH ONE TREATMENT DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN US, BUT SHE FIXED THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE.
