Spring broke on one of my garage doors. This company originally installed the doors 15 yrs ago so I gave them a call. Michael came over the next day and did a very professional job. He replaced both springs, checked adjustment and was done within ~1/2 hour. I just received a call from the company (7 days after the work was done), checking with me to see that it's working properly and satisfied. Very professional outfit and pleased to do business with them.

We used them to installed a door and then have them out to replace the opener. They then came to replace the spring.

Came later than the appointed time, but then worked steadily untill work was done the same day. I noticed attention detail as thy worked at getting a stubborn seal to fit right. BTW, it still fits right. They then explained the operation to me.

I dealt with Jason Gurney. I had other people that would have probably done a good job but I liked the notion of using a big company in case I had a problem. They did not have the best price, but for what I got, it was an excellent price. The opener was around $400.

A SALESMAN GAVE A PRESENTATION AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT HIM TO GET A PRICE. I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. I CALLED HIM AGAIN AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.

I CALLED THEM ON SATURDAY AND SPOKE WITH THEIR ANSWERING SERVICE, WHICH WAS VERY NICE, THEY TOLD ME A REPRESENTATIVE WOULD CALL ME ON MONDAY, AND HE DID. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH AND VERY COMMUNICATIVE. HE CAME OUT RIGHT ON TIME AND WAS VERY POLITE AND PATIENT TO GIVE ME ALL OF MY OPTIONS. I WILL PROBABLY GET MY DOOR FROM THESE GUYS. THEY HAVE A GREAT WEB SITE WITH LOTS OF INFORMATION AS WELL. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN CANTON, THEY HAVE A VERY LARGE SERVICE AREA.
