We went in for an inspection, and they saw that the tie rods and ball joints were badly in need of replacement. They promptly arranged a rental car, were able to fix the car by the end of the business day. Excellent customer service- very polite, very clear. Horatio took care of everything and he was great.

Details are long and involved butPlease do not have your vehicle serviced by this company EVER! Problem after problem. headache after headache and delay after delay . along with expense after expense. Still do not have my car and was given a lot of bs from boss there. Very unprofessional and not accommodating or helpful at all. He made me do part of his job by filing a claim with tow company as he claims they damaged my car not his dealership or service dept. However, I was going to buy a car from these jokers and pay cash for it. but now That is null and void. can't wait to get my car and be done with them indefinitely!! So I bring in my car for a moderate issue end up with astronomical charges and also had to have a new key made and programmed that they could not do so they brought it to another dealer to make and after 3 attempts key got made and then got stuck in ignition because someone broke off a piece of my shifter and they caused the key to get stuck in car. they had the nerve to tell me they would fix it for 400 labor and 199.95 for the part! on top of a 2400.00 repair !!! I did not have a thing to do with ignition issue or key. Should have been fixed for free and I never should have been asked to even think about paying for their screw up, So I am never, I repeat never going to or recommending north end motors to anyone.
