 + -1 moreSince there was not another set in stock at the Canton store, the Mill Store manager offered to pick up another at a Rhode Island store and bring it to Canton --- on Memorial Day weekend !! I told him to relax and enjoy his time off and I'd be in the following week. The new dining set is now in my kitchen and looks great. It is great to know that customer service is #1 at the Mill Store!
Description of Work: I purchased a finished dining set from the Mill Store in Canton, MA. Unfortunately, when I got it home, I discovered an imperfection that ran across the table and another imperfection in a chair. Since I was having company, the store manager told me to keep the set at my home and he'd rectify the problem asap. He called the next morning to let me know there was another dining set available for me.
