Majestic Marble and Granite

Install quartz and sink, In the picture he sent of what I was getting is not what was installed. And they brought their own sink when Wally took a template out of the box I bought. Clearly he got confused and gave me the wrong countertop and sync. So the guys made a hole for my sink. And he insists that the picture he sent me is the right countertop, as two contractors told me they did not think it was the same countertop as there’s lots of brown in my new one and it was supposed to be gray. Then I text him asking for a receipt and never got a response. I would never use again and don’t trust them. Wally blamed his guys for the sink mistake and the guys blame their boss

I didn't like the way they did there math.  It came out a little expensive because they don't do it in square footage. 

Initially I was impressed. They figured out how to save me money on the countertop material because they shaved a little off the estimated size for the backsplash and fit my whole kitchen scheme into one slab. I contacted several other fabricators and all came out more expensive. Majestic ordered the material in advance so that when my contractor had completed installing the cabinets, there was less of a delay in getting the installation of the counter done.
Here is where the trouble started. As a result of my contractor removing the old backsplash, the wall was roughly patched. I asked the fabricator when they came to do the installation to make sure that the backsplash would go flush against the wall. After the worker for Majestic talked to my contractor, they agreed on an approach. However, the fabricator did not follow the contractor's instructions and rushed ahead and put the backsplash on unevenly. Had they not been in such a rush, I would have had my contractor speak with them again and he would have told them not to adhere the backsplash so the contractor would have taken care of it.
When I called Majestic to follow up, they said my contractor could simply use a knife to remove the silicone so they could straighten out the wall. However, it did not come off easily and my contractor was reluctant to do damage.
When I called Majestic to ask if they could come back out to remove it, they said it was not their concern and I would have to pay an additional $250 for another visit....to fix something they should never have done in the first place!
My contractor says it's standard practice for fabricators to make sure that the backsplash goes flush against the wall. Apparently not for this one. Beware.

They came out to the house and measured everything.  They did an excellent job. They were very professional. They were very helpful and thorough.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.
