After a storm, a tree fell in such a way that it was dangling above our neighbors shed. McHugo was the only one to answer our phone calls with other than "we're too busy", and when they came, they were extremely efficient, with a crew of three and a bucket truck to brace the tree so that when it was cut up, it would not fall onto the shed. They appeared to take safety seriously. We had not asked them to haul away the wood, since we and the neighbors will cut and split it for firewood, so they just cut it up into "manageable pieces" after getting it onto the ground.
