Could not be happier with the materials, the workmanship, the professionalism and flexibility of the project manager (Dan) and primary workman (Paul), and the end result. Everything done exactly as planned, and they assisted us with some unrelated issues that weren't part of the project but were causing delays. All in all, a great experience and we love our finished basement (so do our grandkids!).

We recently had our basemen finished by Lux Renovations using the Owens Corning System. From the start, quotation, planning and completion everything was excellent. Communication when needed efficient and in particular the work crew lead by Cruz - always pleasant, on time knowledgeable and very efficient. Various areas of difficulty (pipe systems, etc.) addressed perfectly. Whoever developed this finishing system had a product development protocol par excellence! All of the way down to picture hanging system to easily removable panels if needed. The work was completed in a timely fashion, all necessary inspections were completed without any negative comment. We are now using this basement regularly and it has become quite the party area. I attach early construction and finished pictures and would be happy to answer any questions.

Working with Lux Renovations was as smooth as you would want a project to go. From having a salesperson walk us through the options, to them offering financing to then having a project manager managing the very easy going crew from beginning to end their front end office and back end all provide 5 star service. My wife and finished our basement of 960 + sqft with an additional bathroom. They worked with us around some of our custom tile work demands and helped us find a third party and always gave us the option to go with their option and/or we could shop for an alternative of which they would let us know if we would be allowed a credit based on the prepaid work. Coordination of pulling permits and approvals were all done by them and we didn't have to deal with any vendor bottlenecks as they were the ones that coordinated between the electricians, plumbers etc...overall a 5 star experience couldn't ask for more!

We hired Lux Renovations to help finish our basement to increase our living space to accommodate our growing family. We were able to fully finish half the basement and create a working art studio and living space—which allowed us to make the rest of our basement more functional as well.
We’ve dealt with several contractors over the years and we knew when it came to the basement and all of the complexities that go with it we wanted the best of the best. With Lux we were able to get the best materials and the best craftsmanship. Carlos and Luis handled the day-to-day, hands-on work—and they are true craftsmen. Carlos also kept us abreast of any updates—and answered all of our questions. George, the project manager, was excellent in facilitating the logistics between the electricians, the town inspections, dumpster pickup, and more. He really helped get us over the finish line.
 I highly recommend Lux Renovations!

Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. My wife and I (and are neighbors) are very pleased with the outcome of our finished basement and recommend Lux for remodeling a basement.

Company was great to work with and finished the job within 2 weeks. It was great to have Owens manage the whole project from start to finish including plumbing, electrical, and construction. The main contractor was friendly and they kept the site very clean each. The wall technology is great and I already had to put it to use by removing the panel by my water meter so the Town could replace it. The entire wall system snapped right back into place and still looks new after the water meter work. Great concept.

We had a great experience with Lux Renovations! Our installation team were fabulous to work with. They were always on time, listened to our concerns, and worked with us to get the exact design we were looking for. We needed the basement finished as soon as possible, and they worked more efficiently than any team I've ever hired before. We are so pleased with the finished product. It is beautiful and functional! The basement has been finished for a few months now, and we have zero complaints! I was hesitant to go with such a major organization- if you too have those concerns, please let go of these worries! Lux Renovations has a system in place that works, and I highly recommend the product and the people that you are working with!
