They were excellent! A+! They were right in the middle in terms of price, but the quality of their work is amazing. Marc is an amazing perfectionist -- he showed up every single night to ensure the site was immaculate and cleaned up well. He even brought up several ways that we could save money. He absolutely stands by his work. Almost three years afterwards we saw some slight cracks in the mortar and took some pictures to send to him. Immediately he sent someone out to fix it. I'd definitely recommend them!

My friend and colleague hired LoPilato Construction to gut her house, and remodel and expand and she had rave reviews. We found that Marc LoPilato is a true professional. He and his assistant Stephanie are very responsive. His crews reflect that same professionalism. Marc came to the house twice to review what needed to be done. The crews work hard and they work long days. Most of the work was done in two weeks, and odds and ends were addressed in the following two weeks. Marc has been back to the house twice to make sure all is well. The work done is truly high quality. We have dealt with contractors before and I can say without hesitation that this was the best experience by far. No nightmare contractor stories here -- only great ones. We give LoPilato Construction rave reviews too!

Marc and his team built our house from the ground up and we are happy with the finished product. They were punctual, efficient, and found ways to save us money at a few different turns along the way. I recommend Lopilato construction.

I hired him previously five years ago for another bathroom and kitchen remodel. He is professional, reliable, courteous, thorough, very easy to work with, and punctual. He gave me a beginning and end time and both projects were completed exactly in that time frame. He was the only contractor that has ever been close to the time that he said he would be here. Many contractors take half days or leave early, but he always put in a full day and was on time. When the men would come, they would clean up everything and even vacuum. They were polite and considerate. He was very thorough and would make sure nothing was less than perfect. I was very impressed with how thorough and on time he was. If I ever had any questions or concerns, I could call his office and someone would always answer and assist me which was very important to me. I didn't even get any additional bids on this second project because I don't believe anyone else could have been as organized and on time as he was. I have been very happy with his services.

The owner Mark came out and we liked his demeanor and no nonsense approach . We waited and waited for a quote and then we called , because just in that one meeting we really wanted to hire him . We called his secretary and asked if he was getting a quote ready for us ? She commented that he was very busy with major renovations and would get back to us with a quote. Well he never called again and never sent a quote ! We realized that our project was too unimportant for him and it would never be fancy enough to be shown on his website . The kicker is that we wil spend well over 50 thousand on our house in the next two years . I guess thats not important enough for Lopilato cons.

Marc LoPilato always had an army of qualified tradesmen on site from the beginning of our project to the end. He kept to the schedule even though there were changes along the way. His experience and creativity for solving complex problems made a stressfull situation more manageable. The end result was a project that my family and I are enjoying two years after and have received many compliments.
