It went fine. She was quick to come out and it was really nice. She did a good job.

Lande's was very professional and emailed me updates continuosly. I was very pleased with the house cleaning performed.

We set up an appointment but they missed it. I gave them a call back and left a couple messages but they never returned my call. Angie's List refunded the Deal for me.

Their work was substandard. The floor was not cleaned well. The cleaning lady did not clean well, at all. I called back to tell them about this, and the owner came out and cleaned my house. She was reasonable to deal with, but the fact is she brought back a different lady who is supposedly learning the process. The other lady came, and in the process she called her mom. She had her clean the bathroom, and she did not do it correctly. The cleaners did not clean the areas that I asked for. She basically asked if the cleaning was good enough. It was a substandard cleaning, and one of the screens fell off while she was cleaning. She told me that she thought that the window seal was already broken. She offered to replace it, and send the money back. She broke the screen and has not sent the payment back for the screen. She was not honest about the person that came into my house. I do not think that the person that came out to clean my house knew what they were doing.

They are very good and professional. Things seem to be going well so far. They communicate very well and I plan to use them in the future for regular housecleaning.

Two excellent workers - two hours of cleaning. I cannot say enough praise for the work they performed. I took advantage of the Angie's list coupon and I was so pleased, I gave a tip also.

Lande and her coworker were prompt and professional, even reaching out to me to schedule and appointment and that has never happened with a cleaning service and me before!

The job performed was great since my place was pretty messy after some home improvement work and lack of maintenance on my part.

I bought a special that was advertised on Angie's List for $75 which is reasonable. The only part I didn't like is that I had to pay $30 extra to have my daughter's nursery cleaned. So, it didn't end up being 'special' price in my mind.

Pleased that Lande's was accommodating to my schedule. I gave them one day's notice and they were able to schedule for an early weekend time. They came earlier than scheduled which is welcome. As far as the quality of their cleaning, I was satisfied for what must have taken 1.5 hours. My condo is a 2 BR 1100 sq ft and the work was performed by 2 ladies.
