He was on time and did his job very professionally and quickly.

I called with a problem.   My son was heading south to warm climates in a friend's RV,  but we found that there was a missing key for the lower storage compartments.  
Although Jack Spierdowis is not normally at his shop on Saturday, he was very understanding and kindly offered to help,
Fortunately for us, he was headed out later in the afternoon, and offered to take an alternate route to meet me at a convenient location close to our home.  I had only a short ride, met him at a gas station,and he delivered the keys.   Most important, the keys fit perfectly.
So, my son was able to take off on time for warm weather.
Although I indicated the work was performed at our address, it was performed at his shop, but I didn't actually go there.
 
The sort of excellent service Jack provides is very rare, and I will be happy to use his services again.

I called Wednesday, and he returned my call within the hour.  We scheduled a appointment for Saturday of that week.  He then called to say he had had a cancellation, and could come Friday morning instead.  He arrived exactly on time, finished the work in a timely manner, and was completely professional.

He was easy to get scheduled and was on time, worked well and wrapped up in a timely fashion.  I was pleased with the overall level of professionalism and the result.

Overall, the job went well. The locksmith was on time and changed the lock cylinders. However, he didn't have all of the key blanks needed on the truck but said he would bring the finished keys by later on, as my home is local to his business. I paid for the extra keys but never received them. I'm not sure if that should be considered a lack of responsiveness or professionalism, but I haven't used him since.

I was very pleased with his service. He is a retired police officer so gave some security insight as well, which I really appreciated. He was very nice and very fast, arrived right on time. He also gave me tips on how I could avoid spending money to install a new lock on one door, I felt he was quite honest. Would definitely use him again.

This locksmith already solved the problem in theory on the phone. He arrived promptly and completed the work in 30 minutes.

Went very well, showed up a little early even, was done with all lock changes within 1/2 hour, and gave us 6 keys for the new locks on the doors. Very straight forward and pleasant to work with.

He came and fixed it in five minutes and charged a reasonable price on a Saturday when he normally does not work.

J.R. arrived 5 minutes early. I explained what I needed repaired, and he suggested solutions that made sense. (For instance, he noted that re-keying a $9 deadbolt didn't make much sense; better to replace it with a modern, higher quality lock and guarantee better security.) He did all of this work in only 30 minutes. The new locks were good quality (Schlage) and he was happy to wait as I confirmed their new functionality. He was very professional and efficient.

Spierdowis was very prompt, friendly, polite and efficient. He saved me from having to conduct an entire day's business in my PJs. Of course, no one wants to pay $85 for access to their own bedroom after a mishap, but he had the skill I needed and he came as soon as I called, so if that's what he needs to charge to be there for me, I really can't complain about the price.

ARRIVED AT APPOINTED TIME. WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. WILL CERTAINLY USE HIM AGAIN.

I NEEDED SERVICE ASAP FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY. JACK RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN MINUTES. AS PROMISED, HE SHOWED UP AT MY PROPERTY THE NEXT MORNING AT 8 AM, CALLED IN A PRICE THAT SOUNDED GOOD TO ME, AND TOOK MY CREDIT CARD. HE WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. EASY!

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT, EVEN EARLY FOR THE APPOINTMENT. DONE IN ABOUT 15 MIN. (SO $45 FOR LABOR PLUS $49 FOR SERVICE CALL CHARGE DOESN'T SEEM CHEAP, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT COMPETITORS CHARGE).

SHOWED UP ON TIME (TO THE MINUTE) WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER MY CALL, DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AND CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE.

PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IF HE SUGGESTS REPLACEMENT RATHER THAN REPAIR, HE'S THE EXPERT!RETURNED CALLS WITHIN HALF AN HOUR BOTH TIMES; FIRST TIME WAS URGENT AND CAME SAME DAY. SECOND TIME MADE AN APPT. AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY. VERY EFFICIENT; HAS TOOLS, PARTS, DIES, REPLACEMENTS IN VAN.
