Electrical Service
We hired Jim Farrell to certify that our old knob and tube wiring was not connected, in preparation for getting insulation installed. He came promptly and concluded that the wiring was not connected. However, the insulation contractor needed Mr. Farrell to sign a form certifying this fact. It was very difficult to get Mr. Farrell to sign this form. We offered him some additional work, thinking he could sign the form when he was here to do the work. But he never returned our phone calls. Then we sent him the form with a self-addressed stamped envelope, but even so, we had to call him several times before he finally sent back the signed form so that we could go ahead with the insulation work.
