+ -1 moreJoe and Evan did all the work we asked, and we were very happy with the result. They also took extra care to keep the work-site clean. They worked as you would if working on your own house: when removing bushes to make room for the widened stairs, they put them in a spot that had water to keep them from dying; they put piles of dirt off to the side of our yard, unasked, to keep it out of the way and out of sight; they even brought our barrels in on trash day! We could not have asked for better service. We will recommend DAC to friends and would hire them again.
Description of Work: We had brick stairs built with bluestone steps and landing. Rotted railroad ties were removed and replaced with a cobblestone border for the front of the house. They also removed bushes in order to make room for the widened steps and removed dirt from a raised bed to bring it down to ground level. The work took about 4 full consecutive days until the job was complete. While they were there, I asked for an additional area to be bordered in cobblestone, and additional bricks to be added to our walkway and that added about 1 day to the job. They did not make us wait for this added work to be completed, but made sure our job was complete before leaving.
