It went very well.  We are out of state, and it has been some time since the 3 systems we needed to be attended to were looked at.
We've always had a very competent heating/plumbing fellow, but he was away for a couple of weeks, and one of our systems (we own apartments) wasn't producing sufficient heat for the building.  We called Canton Plumbing and Heating and asked for their help.  they came right away and adjusted the system to make sure it provided sufficient heat to the apartments.  They also sent us a two-page detailed report of their findings and recommendations. 
As a result of that, we asked them to check our other building also.  One furnace was producing just fine, but the other was not.  We had them attend to the problem furnace.
They also sent us a lengthy report on the furnaces for that building, too.
After all adjustments and cleanings were made, we returned to them to accept their recommendations and estimate for the work.
They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  Knowing the systems ourselves, we felt that their recommendations were "right on" and very reasonable.  We were very glad they stepped in to help.  We would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

I had to wait until they came.  1.17 to 1.18.  Other than that, their work is good.  They were on time when they came but they took time to come out.  I guess whoever was supposed to come was working on a very big job and they kept saying that it was going to be done, and then they had to keep pushing back the date that they were coming.  They had first said it would take 2 days and then it ended up being almost a week.  They are punctual.  When they say they’re going to be here at a certain time, they’re always here,  even earlier in the day than they say.

Pretty good service. We called on a Sunday and was able to get someone in I believe the following Monday. Our Aunt actually was here when they were so I cannot comment too much on the actual service, but the end result is a faucet that doesn't leak, which is all we wanted.

They were very responsive to my emergency situation. They have come many times and we are always very pleased with them. They are hard working and answer all of my questions. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are great.

I HAVE USED CANTON PLUMBING THREE TIMES AND EACH TIME IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. THEY ALWAYS CAME IMMEDIATELY AND EVERY TIME FIXED THE PROBLEM AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER.

I WAS ABLE TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY, AS OPPOSED TO OTHERS WHO NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR FIRST CALL, BUT GIVEN A 2 HOUR WINDOW (8:15-11:15), RECEIVED AN APOLOGETIC CALL AT 8:30 FROM THE PLUMBER SAYING HE WAS DELAYED UNTIL AROUND 9:30. HE SHOWED PROMPTLY AT 9:30, AND DID THE WORK IN ABOUT AN HOUR. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND HIS PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH 2 OTHER QUOTES.

THE COMPANY WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PLUMBING IN OLD HOMES AND ACCOMMODATING OF MY OWN PLANS FOR FUTURE EXPANSIONS. THEY EVEN ADDED DUCT WORK FOR A DRYER VENT WHEN THE FOUNDATION WAS OPEN. THE DUCT WORK WAS AN ADDITIONAL SAVINGS THEY GLADLY PROVIDED. EVEN WHEN THEY WERE BUSY, THEY CALLED TO UPDATE ME ON HOW SOON THEY COULD GET TO MY WORK.

VERY GOOD, COORDINATED WITH THE CITY FOR ME. QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL

THEY WERE LATE, BUT TOLD US THAT THEY WERE DELAYED BECAUSE OF A BONA FIDE EMERGENCY (A BURST PIPE) ON THE PREVIOUS JOB. CAN''T FAULT THEM FOR THAT.

SCOTT (THE PLUMBER) WAS VERY THOROUGH, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CLEANED UP DURING AND AFTER THE JOB. THE COMPANY CALLED BEFOREHAND TO VERIFY THE APPOINTMENT, AND HE ARRIVED ON TIME. EXPENSIVE (I THINK) BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. COST INCLUDED 1) UNINSTALL/INSTALL GAS STOVE INCLUDING NEW FITTING AND SHUT-OFF VALVE, 2) PERMIT, 3) HAULING AWAY OLD STOVE.

PRICE WAS LESS THAN QUOTED - VERY FAST, COMPETENT & REASONABLY PRICED. I WILL USE THEIR PLUMBING SERVICES AGAIN.
