There was a two month delay, very unfortunate with a major illness from one of the master craftsmen in the shop. However, they could/should have been more responsive during that time. I felt they kept shifting my order to take care of other larger orders. Since they do not install, the installer then had to juggle my installation with a totally packed schedule. Instead of a 3-day installation, it took over a month working on weekends.
Neighbors spent the same amount ordered from a mass production cabinet shop. Their cabinets were installed by a mass market installer promptly. Their cabinets are flimsy and without my high end touches. So I know I received high value. The finished product is beautiful, but I would want to hear more from the owners how to prevent this from happening again before I would order another kitchen.
After the install, I noticed a door slightly warped and they reordered immediately.
