Service call was excellent. Technician Devon was prompt, courteous and thorough. He explained how everything worked and replaced an antiquated alarm associated with the pump. I had a question he couldn't answer and he made sure to call into the office to connect me with someone who could help.

WOW!!! Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this company. They promise to get a proposal out to you within a couple days. Nearly 2 weeks later, the manager, the project manager, the estimator, NOT ONE OF THEM, can tell us where the proposal is, but each one promises to get back to us and doesn't and they each say it will be the next day and it isn't. And after reading the other two reviews, even if the proposal came in today at the lowest possible price, there is NO WAY I'd allow them to do the work!

The original timeline quoted was 2 weeks - it ended up going 31 days. The entire project was a mess - the drywall guys were sent to put up the walls BEFORE the electrician... who needs to put wiring inside said walls. Floors were installed 4 times and still don’t look professionally done. They then had the audacity to try and overcharge me for the “extra” work they did by thousands of dollars. Stay away!

After many phone calls (one to the owner), emails and, actually talking to another manager I still cannot get their attention. They have forced me to find another support vendor. Imagine if it was an emergency. Really unprofessional behavior.

They showed up for the Inspection and took my money (check) but they never provided the report for the Inspection of Estimate for the work. Clearing breech of Contract or Contractor Fraud. No On their Website, they advertise "contact us to schedule a FREE ESTIMATE or Inspection or Consultation today". I contact them to get a free consult & estimate on Mar 8. Rodney Butler of same company called me that evening to say this offer was not available to me, but they could now provide the service for $150.00. He told me it would be a 'structural engineer' that would' meet me to conduct the inspection. Keith Richardson met me the next day Mar 9, I asked for his credentials and he admitted he was NOT an engineer but he would take measurements & photos and provide them to the engineer that would provide the report. He said they could have the report to me by noon Mar 14. Mar 14 came and went, they did not respond to emails I sent, I left a message for Rodney Butler, he never called me back and they cashed my check on Mar 15. Finally on Mar 17, Keith Richardson called and said he wondered if 'I had got the report'. I said no what would make him think that - he never responded but didn't seem surprised I didn't receive anything. I said I needed my money refunded. I've left more messages and more emails and no response.
