Arrived same day that I called to schedule repair on a gas oven. Repairman arrived at the beginning of the time frame I was given. He was friendly and demonstrated the problem to me. Work was completed promptly.

Once he saw the dishwasher, he wasn't sure if he could fix it. Even though it was a Kenmore, he said it was European and he wasn't qualified to work on it. He tried to diagnose the problem, gave me some ideas what the problem could be and advised I call Sears.

Originally, he had told me that the service call would cost $89. In the end, I was surprised he didn't charge me for coming out to see me.

He was very good when he came out the first time to do a repair, but he did not come back out the second time, saying the repair was out of his knowledge.

He showed up on time, was friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He Replaced the Burner Coils and Drive Belt. He also suggested I replace the exhaust vent which is too narrow( I will do this work myself)

I got them off of Angie's List.  The guy was very responsive and came out right away.  He had to order a part.  He came back with the part when he said he would.  I was pretty happy.  His price was okay.  They all mark things up pretty good.

Overall went very well. Mr. Beale returned my initial call promptly and set up an appointment within a few days. He was running a bit late on the day of the appointment, but called to let me know. He worked efficiently and completed the repair quickly.

Someone answered the phone right away, and set up a visit for the next morning (Saturday). The repair technician was friendly and professional, and gave helpful tips while repairing the dryer. He was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done, even though we could not reproduce the squeak. I asked about the vent setup (metal foil) that a less experienced technician from another, larger company had insisted on replacing, and he said it was perfectly fine. Very positive experience, would definitely use this company again.

They fixed something and the next day it broke again, so they had to come back and replace the part. The second time they came they only charged me for the part and not the labor. They were responsive.

Service was scheduled quickly. Repair person was very professional and knowledgeable. He did excellent work and the problem is completely fixed. For the cost (we could have replaced it for $400), I am hoping we will get many more years out of our dryer.

This is the third time that I have had them. They answer the phone personally. When I called them this time, they were here within 4 hours. They said over the phone before they came about what their cost would be to make the trip. Before they began, they told me how much it was going to cost for them to do the work. They completed the work, and they were very friendly. Now, my refrigerator is working.
